Proof that politics can turn the average person into a raving lunatic... Wisconsin Resident Amanda Radle felt that voting was worth sending her own husband to the hospital. Jeffrey Radle, a supporter of Wisconsin Governor Scott Walker, stood in the driveway in an attempt to prevent his wife from casting a vote in the recall election democratic primary. At one point he even climbed onto the roof of her SUV.
Not to be outdone by her husband in terms of idiocy, Amanda stepped on the gas anyway and sent her husband to the hospital with injuries to his head, neck, and back. She then reported the incident to police, not disclosing whether the event occurred before or after she voted.
